Together with client, we design and implement 3-12 month, bespoke development programs incorporating a range of 1:1 leadership coaching techniques and solutions, eg leadership trait assessment, 360 degree feedback interviews, and role plays. A typical program has several modules:

- Set ambitions and identify key development opportunities
- Frame development roadmap and define individual accountability
- Track progress and adapt development plan where needed
